Elaborated in a very dark chocolate spirit, the Nicaragua 53% cocoa milk surprises, not without elegance, by its intensity. With its dark color, it develops greedy notes of prunes and fresh butter and, more unexpectedly, a final nuance of licorice.

The 250 producers from the CACAO NICA cooperative were the first in Nicaragua to adopt organic farming techniques. They are working hard to preserve ancient cocoa trees in their natural environment, namely the tropical mountain forest.
